  • Can I get a refund or exchange?
    Due to the nature of personalisation, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges as each item has been hand embroidered and personalised.
  • How long is the turnaround time?
    The current turnaround time is 1-4 business days for each order to be completed.
  • How long does shipping take?
    AusPost current shipping time for standard is 1-10 standard days. AusPost express is currently 1-3 business days. Please note due to the global pandemic these timelines aren’t always met and may vary.
  • Can I change the name once I have completed my order?
    Please proof read all names provided and double check all the information as changes can not be made to items once the order is confirmed.
  • What if my item is damaged?
    All items are hand embroidered and hand packed before being sent vis AusPost. A photograph will be taken before being sent for filing purposes. In the unlikely situation where there is a fault or damage to the item purchased, please email info@littlebee.com.au within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, providing images of the fault/damage for our team to assess.
